1、负责抖音电商全域数据产品体系设计，面向品牌、商家、管理层及运营小二等多角色，搭建面向业务场景的指标体系、评估标准、问题诊断能力和智能决策能力； 2、推动AI+数据产品创新，将大模型、智能Agent等AI能力融入数据产品，实现智能取数、智能问数、自动化报告、智能决策建议等场景，降低用数门槛，提升决策效率； 3、与数据开发、算法、设计、运营等团队紧密协作，全程跟进产品功能的开发、测试与上线落地，确保项目高质量交付； 4、基于产品上线后的数据反馈和用户反馈，进行持续的数据监控和迭代优化，不断提升产品价值与用户体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、信息类等理工科专业； 2、有AI/大数据相关课程学习经历优先，逻辑清晰、擅长结构化分析，对数据敏感，会SQL/Python做数据分析，能基于数据产出产品观点； 3、深度热爱电商赛道，持续关注电商业务与行业发展，善于自主思考，拥有独立产品创新想法； 4、好奇心强、学习速度快，偏爱高挑战性业务难题，能快速拆解复杂业务与AI落地场景，自驱力足、有主人翁意识； 5、沟通协作能力优秀，可适配电商高速迭代、多任务并行的工作环境，责任心突出。

加分项： 1、有AI项目实战经历（大模型、AIGC、智能推荐、AI工具等课程/竞赛/个人项目均可）、自主研究电商AI产品，输出过创新思路、行业分析方案。
