团队介绍：抖音音乐研发团队的使命是用音乐建立共鸣和激发表达，成为让用户最容易发现音乐、了解音乐、进行音乐创作、表达和交流的平台。目前已经上线了汽水音乐APP、妙响（AI音乐及MV创作）、汽水音乐内容合作平台等消费端、创作端以及平台产品。汽水音乐是旨在成为Z世代用户最喜欢的音乐应用，主打个性化推荐与沉浸式听歌体验；妙响是一站式AI音乐创作发行平台，“灵感即刻成歌”，旨在通过AI技术重塑音乐创作、分发与消费的全链路，团队有自研音乐生成大模型，结合AI打造专业音乐创作平台；汽水音乐内容合作平台，为音乐人及厂牌提供音乐作品管理、发行、宣推、词曲生产等平台能力，旨在为音乐人带来更多听众，激发创作和成长，也带来更多收益。我们期待热爱技术的你加入，一起创造更多可能。

1、参与汽水音乐核心后端系统的设计、开发、测试、上线及持续演进，覆盖内容消费、用户增长、商业化等业务场景； 2、参与高并发、高可用分布式系统建设，持续提升系统的性能、稳定性、可扩展性与研发效率； 3、理解业务和用户需求，通过数据分析、技术优化和工程创新，持续改善产品体验； 4、关注业界技术发展，参与AI在音乐业务及研发提效场景中的探索与实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Go、Java、C/C++、Python； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络及数据库等基础知识； 4、具备良好的逻辑分析和问题解决能力，能够对复杂问题进行合理抽象与拆解； 5、有较强的学习意愿、责任心和协作意识，愿意主动了解业务并持续改进技术方案； 6、对后端技术和产品有热情，乐于面对有挑战、有真实用户反馈的问题。

加分项： 1、有后端项目、技术竞赛、科研、实习或开源项目经验； 2、了解分布式系统、数据库、缓存、消息队列、云原生等技术，并有相关实践； 3、有AI相关知识或实践经验，例如大模型应用、RAG、Agent、模型评测、AI Coding或AI工具开发； 4、善于利用AI工具提升学习、编码、调试和问题分析效率，并能关注结果的正确性； 5、对音乐、音视频、内容产品或创作者生态感兴趣。
