1、负责AI Coding产品的核心模型能力建设，包括代码生成、代码补全、代码理解等场景的模型集成与工程优化； 2、设计并实现基于LLM的Agentic Coding系统，探索Multi-Agent协作在复杂软件工程任务中的应用； 3、与算法、数据、评测团队紧密协作，建立“模型训练→线上部署→用户反馈→数据回流”的迭代闭环，持续提升产品效果； 4、跟踪AI Coding领域前沿进展（如长上下文工程等），快速验证并落地到产品中。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、精通Go、Python、C++等一种或多种编程语言，具备扎实的编程技能和算法设计能力； 3、对AI Agent技术有深入了解，熟悉LangChain等框架，熟悉LangSmith等平台； 4、具备出色的团队协作精神和良好的英文阅读及沟通能力。

加分项： 1、在LLM工程领域有落地经验； 2、对AgentOps平台熟悉，如LangSmith、Langfuse等； 3、有不错的research和探索精神，对最新Agent技术趋势和论文有不错的了解。
