日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与抖音AI创作团队AI Native研发工具建设，推动AI Native基建建设，协同产品、算法等团队提升用户体验； 2、参与抖音AI创作基建Agent开发，负责需求开发中代码生成效果、全流程交付效果，参与Agent框架建设、编排调度、上下文工程建设、模型适配等，提升需求交付效率； 3、参与评测、知识库、上下文管理等基础能力建设，对大模型应用效果进行持续调优，通过数据分析与策略改进，提升工具的性能和体验； 4、跟踪AI技术趋势，思考AI研发新范式、AI新技术在研发提效中的落地场景，驱动产品创新。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的工程功底：精通至少一门主流编程语言或技术栈（Python/Go/JS/TS/Android/iOS/Harmony），对软件架构有良好的理解； 3、对Agent技术在研发场景落地有兴趣，熟悉大语言模型的技术栈，在上下文工程、Skills、Agent编排、评测等有实践经验，并能清晰阐述如何通过Agent解决实际业务问题； 4、优秀的系统设计与问题拆解能力：能够将模糊、复杂的业务问题，拆解为清晰、可执行的技术模块和迭代路径； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、自驱力，愿意在快速变化的AI领域中持续学习与探索； 6、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
