日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、使用AI Agent（如Claude Code、Codex）独立完成互联网应用产品的设计、开发与上线； 2、结合AI技术探索创新的解决方案，与开发团队紧密合作，推动方案落地； 3、主动发现业务问题，与业务及产品研发团队对齐，用数据验证效果； 4、独立挖掘业务问题，主动跨团队沟通、推动问题解决，提升执行效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备独立编码能力：至少熟练掌握Go、Java、Python、JavaScript或TypeScript其中一门，能理解基本的前后端结构，熟练使用Git； 3、将AI Agent作为日常生产力工具，有完整的用AI完成产品或工具的作品，提供GitHub或在线Demo者优先； 4、具备扎实的技术常识：理解HTTP与API、前后端协作方式，能使用SQL进行数据分析，熟悉命令行； 5、产品基本功扎实：能将模糊的业务问题拆解为需求清单与优先级，逻辑清晰、执行力强，能独立完成从0到1的模块； 6、自驱力强、责任心强、沟通协作良好；每周可实习5天、可保证连续3个月者优先。

加分项： 1、有个人网站、浏览器插件、CLI工具、小程序等独立作品； 2、有应用开发、建站、数据看板或电商相关项目经验； 3、熟悉爬虫、数据清洗或自动化报表其中任一方面。
