1、2027届获得本科及以上学历；计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学、统计学等理工科专业优先； 2、了解技术原理，对AI有浓厚兴趣，了解大模型技术和Agent、Context等工程模式，对前沿技术和行业趋势有思考，有AI相关项目经验优先； 3、扎实的数据分析能力； 4、逻辑清晰、有自主优秀的学习能力，对于新的学科有较强的领悟能力，逻辑清晰，表达能力强； 5、优秀的交流与团队协作能力，责任心强，具备较强自驱力； 6、能以英语为工作语言者优先。
