团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

1、负责面向抖音精选用户场景的AI策略落地，通过数据、用户等维度的研究与分析，寻找增长机会与瓶颈，驱动用户增长和留存提升； 2、深入效广营销、跨端导流、用户承接等模块中的1~2个实际场景，具备一定的想象和创新能力，拉通产品与增长手段，攻克增长问题； 3、结合AIGC、Agent、Workflow等能力，推动功能承接、素材理解与承接体验的智能化落地； 4、建立效果评估方法，拆解业务指标与模型、策略效果指标，通过数据分析、用户调研与业务反馈持续挖掘机会点； 5、能够运用业界最新AI技术与先进模型，持续挖掘问题点和机会点，协同运营、算法、工程、设计等团队，高效推进产品落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大模型相关专业优先；有AI应用或AI策略产品相关项目实践经验者优先； 2、具备一定的用户承接经验优先，能结合产品体验地图/用户生命周期设计产品链路； 3、具备良好的用户视角与同理心，能站在用户视角还原使用路径并设计承接策略； 4、熟悉AIGC、Agent、Workflow等能力及典型应用场景，理解其能力边界与落地方式； 5、数据敏感、逻辑清晰，具备较强的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能独立推进复杂项目落地。
