日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动开发者AI团队致力于探索AI技术在研发体系上应用和落地，覆盖场景包括AI for Code、AI在DevOps全流程中的落地，团队包括产品、工程、算法和研究人员多个角色，期待对大模型、研发工具体系有兴趣、对技术有追求的同学加入，共同成长！

1、协助国内及海外主流社交媒体/技术社区平台（如微信公众号、抖音、B站、X、Reddit等）的官方账号运营，进行日常内容的策划、撰写、排版与发布，以吸引和服务开发者群体； 2、支持与跟进市场活动策划与对接落地； 3、协助团队跟进与技术媒体、KOL的内容合作项目，维护良好的合作关系，并挖掘和拓展更多优质的行业传播资源； 4、关注内容数据表现（阅读量、互动、增长等），进行分析总结，并基于数据反馈持续优化内容策略和运营动作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、深度了解至少2个国内外主流平台（如抖音/B站等或X/Youtube/Reddit等）的调性与运营逻辑； 3、具备良好的沟通能力，文字表达能力，有良好的团队合作意识； 4、工作细心踏实，有责任感，机灵活泼，好奇心强； 5、有互联网用户运营/内容运营/活动运营/技术运营经验的同学优先； 6、能连续实习4个月及以上，每周出勤5天。
