1、与客户成功顾问共同拜访客户，收集客户在产品使用、业务需求等层面的信息，积极推动问题解决； 2、做好重点故障的应急处置，减轻各类故障对客户业务的影响面； 3、在云迁移重点项目中协助客户成功顾问做好项目管理和技术管理工作； 4、总结和积累行业认知并面向客户做好最佳实践分享； 5、协助处理团队日常运营工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、大数据相关专业； 2、为人正直、性格开朗、善于与人沟通，有强烈意愿通过自己的专业知识来帮助客户成功； 3、结果导向，有良好执行力、优秀的团队合作精神和协作能力，能独立完成职责内工作； 4、实习期保证3个月以上，每周工作4天以上，能长期实习优先。
