1、围绕字节跳动全球网络真实研发场景，建设网络软件研发质量与效能体系，提升网络软件交付质量和交付效率； 2、参与研发场景AI工具、平台和工程能力建设，构建并推进相关研发模式，覆盖AI能力集成、研发流程重塑、工程自动化、度量洞察建设等，并沉淀为可复用工程能力和最佳实践； 3、持续跟踪AI软件工程、研发效能技术趋势，结合网络研发现状和痛点，引入新技术、工具和方法，优化质量保障和研发效能。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、网络工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言，具备使用AI编码、学习和问题分析的经验； 3、理解软件研发流程和质量保障基础，了解需求分析、代码开发、测试验证、代码评审、CI/CD、发布准入等； 4、具备良好的问题分析、沟通协作和推动闭环能力，愿意通过平台化、自动化和智能化解决研发质量与效率问题。
