团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、全球医疗AI竞争研究：深度调研国际化科技巨头的医疗AI战略布局和资源投入，研究国内通用AI在医疗领域的定位和布局，及各业务重点话题方向的专题探索，调研模型训练及产品相关信息，参与国内外大模型专家访谈，参与撰写AI医疗模型及应用研究报告； 2、用户需求洞察：围绕“用户在什么场景下需要AI医疗、需要AI做到什么程度”展开系统性调研，参与用户访谈和问卷设计，理解不同人群的需求分层与优先级； 3、行业趋势与战略洞察：持续跟踪全球医疗AI融资动态、政策变化、新产品发布等关键信号，参与团队战略研究课题，输出有结论、有判断的行业洞察。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能保证每周4-5天实习优先； 3、至少1段公司实习经历； 4、有AI或医疗相关背景加分； 5、有一定国际化研究经历/对大模型训练有一定了解优先（不必需）； 6、对AI、医疗中至少一个领域有真实的兴趣和自己的判断。
