1、负责面向内容消费行业的AIGC创意生产与营销增长产品建设，围绕图文、视频、短剧、直播、数字人、Agent、营销素材等场景，提升内容生产效率、素材供给丰富度、创意质量与商业转化效果； 2、深入理解内容创作链路和创意生产痛点，输出面向真实场景的产品解决方案，结合商业内容核心指标，围绕客户的素材投放痛点和考核要求，制定AIGC生成策略并推动生产拿到业务收益，持续提升内容生产效率、创意多样性、素材质量、点击率、完播率、转化率、投放消耗、ROI等关键业务数据； 3、优化行业素材生态，通过AIGC和客户自提素材策略优化提升优质素材占比、降低同质化素材占比，提升素材质量和跑量； 4、负责AI创意Agent/智能生产工具的能力设计，定义Agent任务流程、交互机制、知识上下文、工具调用和结果评估标准，将行业知识、投放经验、爆款方法论、平台规则沉淀为可被AI产品消费的Context、Prompt、Skill、模板或策略规则； 5、搭建"内容效果/投放效果→模型迭代"数据闭环，通过用户采纳率、生成成功率、内容表现、商业转化等信号驱动产品优化； 6、与算法、工程、运营、销售、行业策略团队协作，推动文本、图片、视频、多模态生成等能力在业务场景中规模化落地。

1、有AIGC、Agent、内容产品、商业化广告策略产品、广告创意、短视频/直播/电商营销或投放工具经验优先； 2、熟悉内容消费行业或商业内容生产链路，能从业务结果倒推产品设计； 3、对LLM、多模态生成、视频生成、智能剪辑、数字人、Agent等方向有持续关注，能判断技术能力边界并转化为产品方案； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能围绕生成质量、生产效率、用户采纳、内容表现、投放转化等指标建立评估体系； 5、具备良好的产品抽象能力，能将复杂行业知识、创意方法论拆解为标准化模块、模板、策略或Agent能力； 6、跨团队协作能力强，能推动复杂项目从0到1落地并持续规模化，对业务效果负责。
