1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关学历； 2、有桌面端和移动端交互设计经验优先；要求具备创新思维，善于做交互方式微创新，提高用户体验； 3、具备良好的沟通能力，善于总结，具备文字表达能力； 4、有较强的学习能力，对时下移动端流行交互方式和设计有了解。
