团队介绍：Data-语音团队致力于语音、音乐等大模型AIGC技术的研发和产品创新，我们的使命是通过多模态AIGC音频技术赋能内容创作和语音交互，让内容生产、消费与互动变得更加简单、沉浸、多元化。当前团队已有成熟的大模型语音合成、语音理解、音乐生成等多模态音频技术，并持续迭代大模型端到端语音交互方案等，一方面通过中台形式服务于公司众多业务线，例如豆包/Dola、抖音/TikTok、剪映/CapCut、番茄小说、海绵音乐等产品；另一方面，团队已经通过字节跳动旗下的火山引擎开放平台-语音技术和火山方舟平台，向众多企业开放技术成熟稳定的能力和服务。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、了解AI技术能力和基本原理，搭建平台支持语音大模型在公司内外的产品应用与落地； 2、负责大模型生产效率和模型效果提升，涉及模型评测、数据处理、Agent等，参与产品文档/原型图的撰写与维护，并推动设计与优化开发落地； 3、定位产品重点关注用户，进行产品体验分析、用户调研，为产品迭代/优化/用户体验提升方向提供指导； 4、参与部分项目管理工作，跟进需求推进，确保项目在每一个节点的迭代进度。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对语音识别（ASR）、音频理解、大模型及AI硬件感兴趣； 3、具备良好的产品思维和数据分析能力，能参与用户需求挖掘、产品分析、模型效果评测及问题分析； 4、具备清晰的逻辑、主动的沟通能力，做事细致，有较强的学习能力和责任心； 5、有AI产品、语音相关项目经验，熟悉Python、SQL加分，可实习5个月，每周4天。
