团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、需求洞察与产品设计：深入理解算法工程师在模型开发、训练、评估、上线全流程中的痛点，通过用户调研、数据分析等方式挖掘用户需求与使用场景，产出原型Demo/需求文档，并推动方案落地； 2、效果跟踪：搭建产品指标体系，持续跟踪产品上线后的效果与用户反馈，基于数据为产品功能迭代提供优化建议； 3、用户支持：通过优化产品体验、完善文档等方式为用户提供支持，提升产品易用性与用户满意度； 4、行业洞察：保持对AI领域技术与产品动态的敏感度，为团队输出有价值的洞察与可落地的行动方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息技术、人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、对产品工作有热情，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和产品意识，能够从用户视角思考问题，有AI Coding经验和能力； 3、对机器学习基本概念（训练、评估、推理、模型迭代等）有一定理解，对生成式推荐、大语言模型、多模态、强化学习等技术有一定理解； 4、每周可实习4天，连续实习4个月。

加分项 1、有AI平台、Agent平台、开发者工具类产品的实习或项目经历； 2、对行业内PAI平台、Sage Maker、Azure ML Platform等产品有认知； 3、有推荐系统、广告系统、搜索系统相关的算法或工程实践经验； 4、有独立完成AI模型/Agent/工具的开发经验，能用代码快速验证产品想法； 5、长期实习者优先。
