团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责应对销售/商务反馈的关于内容安全的问询，并参与公共关系管理； 2、参与国内、国际大模型业务内容安全策略运营，能够通过对业务场景的深度分析，打造适配方舟自身的国际内容安全策略； 3、总结客户诉求，对内部模型和模型外部策略提出要求，与安全产品、技术紧密协作，推进对应产品或方案落地； 4、持续发现与挖掘新增问题，并进行问题刻画，不断扩大策略覆盖面，维护“风险发现→风险研判→风险刻画→标准执行”的完整运营流程机制； 5、了解国际各国的AIGC内容安全策略以及商业化策略，实时关注和解读国际各区域的相关部门政策从而保持产品的合规性，参与模型上线全球合规评估流程，协助整理评估材料、梳理排期、跟踪进展，留存好合规记录； 6、了解GPU/CPU、存储等计算资源，协助资源协调及流转跟进，维护资源数据记录，协助提升资源运维效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，社会科学（政治学、经济学、社会学）专业、市场等专业优先； 2、可以使用英语作为工作语言； 3、有人工智能或技术平台服务经验者优先，有比较强的客户服务意识； 4、熟悉用户研究和市场分析方法，能够运用数据分析工具进行用户行为分析，对数据敏感，能够熟练使用数据分析工具，如Excel、SQL等； 5、出色的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，能够与用户和团队成员建立良好的关系，具备项目管理能力，能够有效管理多个项目； 6、具有创新思维和解决问题的能力，能够提出并实施新的运营策略。
