团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、负责GPU中央算力池的建设和运维工作，通过更合理的资源调度策略，提升AI算力； 2、负责全集团GPU数据的采集、加工和挖掘工作，依靠数据支撑，负责整个集团的GPU管理工作，包括：预算、交付、资源提效、二次利用等； 3、参与AML机器学习平台的开发与优化，打造国内领先的聚焦AI开发者体验的机器学习平台； 4、从机器学习系统架构、云原生架构、公有云架构等多个层面，进行技术探索和攻坚，帮助客户实现高性能、高资源利用率的高性能计算平台。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、有Linux Golang/C/C++/Python/Java的开发经验； 3、掌握分布式系统原理，参与过分布式系统的设计、开发和维护； 4、对如下一个或多个领域有浓厚的兴趣，并愿意付出自己的时间进行深入研究和探索 1）机器学习框架：PyTorch等机器学习框架、GPU等异构计算芯片及优化、MLOps、CV/NLP/搜广推等领域模型算法等； 2）云原生：Kubernetes及容器系统、训练任务和推理服务编排和调度、镜像加速等。

加分项： 1、理解GPU/NPU等各种算力硬件架构，熟悉CUDA等高性能计算软件栈，有GPU性能分析的经验。
