ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、参与AI平台的产品建设与迭代； 2、通过用户调研、产品调研、数据分析等方式挖掘客户需求，产出需求文档并推进功能落地； 3、跟踪产品上线效果与用户反馈，为产品功能优化提供合理建议； 4、通过培训、教学文档等方式为用户提供支持，确保用户高效使用AI平台。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息技术、人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、逻辑清晰，具有良好的问题分析能力和问题解决能力； 3、出色的沟通和团队合作能力，能够与多个团队紧密协作； 4、有互联网产品实习经历优先。
