团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、参与AI Agent类产品的架构设计与开发，涵盖意图理解、多轮对话、工具调用、RAG检索增强、洞察生成等核心能力，将大模型能力深度融入搜索与推荐链路，打造智能化、可信赖的企业级信息服务体验； 2、参与系统整体架构设计与核心代码开发，支撑亿级内容/数据规模下的高并发、低延迟服务；攻克海量数据处理、多租户数据隔离、服务解耦与弹性扩缩容等技术难题，保障系统的高可用与可扩展性； 3、以AI技术为驱动，构建内容理解、内容生成、合规风控等内容生态共性技术能力，包括文本/多模态内容的语义理解、标签体系、质量评估、风险识别与内容安全审核等； 4、参与大模型相关前沿业务系统的研发与工程化落地，探索LLM在搜索、推荐、Agent场景下的创新应用，推动技术选型与系统迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库原理； 3、熟练掌握至少一门后端编程语言（Go/Java/Python/C++等），具备良好的工程编码习惯和代码质量意识； 4、对搜索、推荐或AI领域有强烈兴趣，了解信息检索、推荐系统或大语言模型相关基础知识者优先； 5、具备优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对复杂业务逻辑进行合理的抽象、拆分与建模； 6、有强烈的求知欲、自驱力，优秀的学习能力与团队沟通协作能力。

加分项： 1、熟悉搜索/推荐常见技术栈：Elasticsearch/OpenSearch、Faiss/Milvus向量检索、召回与排序算法、Embedding技术、Query理解、推荐特征工程等； 2、有搜索、推荐、广告、内容平台、AI Agent相关实习或项目经验。
