日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与企业知识库或企业相关业务Agent的产品设计，包括行业洞察、产品方法论、客户案例等内容的结构化沉淀； 2、调研行业内业务场景的最佳实践，输出产品分析与机会点洞察； 3、跟踪Agent运行数据与用户反馈，参与产品迭代与能力升级； 4、调研前沿AI Agent技术与行业应用，输出产品机会点建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周可到岗4天，能连续实习3个月，对AI产品与To B企业服务有浓厚兴趣，了解大语言模型/AI Agent的基本原理与应用场景； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维与结构化表达能力，能独立完成信息搜集、分析与文档输出； 4、有较强的自驱力与学习能力，能主动推进任务； 5、具备基础的数据敏感度，能使用Excel/飞书表格等工具进行简单数据分析。

加分项 1、深度使用过AI/Agent类工具，有持续使用习惯并形成自己的工作流； 2、有AI/Agent相关的个人实践或项目经验； 3、有内容创作经验，如社交媒体平台运营经历； 4、熟悉SQL、Python或数据分析工具； 5、对B端SaaS/企业服务行业有一定理解。
