团队介绍：安全工程团队负责设计、搭建并维护字节跳动的全球安全基础设施、平台及服务。我们的核心职责是研发具备可扩展性的系统与工具，为公司全域产品的安全运营提供支撑。通过交付可靠、高性能的安全解决方案，保障字节跳动全球平台的安全，并提升业务韧性。

1、参与ByteSec、RedCheck等安全产品的架构设计与后端开发，学习并保障系统在复杂网络环境下的高性能运行； 2、在资深工程师指导下，参与面向安全场景的AI Agent设计与开发，探索AI在安全领域的落地应用； 3、探索解决大模型（LLM）幻觉及不确定性的前沿方案，参与构建稳定、可靠的AI驱动安全工作流； 4、参与分布式安全系统的部署、调优与运维，了解大规模流量下的性能优化与系统瓶颈处理。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等）；掌握Golang或Python其中至少一门语言，有较好的代码规范和编程习惯；对高性能并发编程有浓厚兴趣； 3、对LLM技术特性有深入了解，有相关课程项目、竞赛经历或个人开源作品者优先； 4、对微服务、分布式系统有基础概念，具备较强的逻辑分析能力，能够主动分析并解决技术痛点； 5、具备技术好奇心和学习能力，对资产扫描、模型安全等领域有热情，追求工程细节与代码质量。
