1、负责运营运维流程规划设计、管理和优化，平台系统方案规划和设计，通过系统化和自动化方案提升运营效率和质量； 2、负责字节跳动线上海量服务器全生命周期运营运维管理和技术服务，包含技术运维服务、技术支持，运维技术能力和自动化能力建设； 3、负责服务器全生命周期维保管理，包含厂商维保运营管理、自维保运营管理，打造稳定可靠低成本的维保和技术支持服务，保障业务连续性和持续发展； 4、负责服务器全生命周期备件计划和备件运营； 5、负责数据擦除、硬件配置改配、利旧。

1、本科及以上学历，财务、计算机和电子信息相关专业优先，3年以上服务器运营运维相关经验； 2、有丰富的互联网服务器运营运维经验，熟悉互联网运营运维流程体系，熟悉服务器全生命周期运营管理；具备服务拓展创新理念和运营服务拓展经验； 3、熟悉服务器行业维保和技术服务交付流程和体系构成，具备成本意识，擅长结合海量运营，转化维保运营运维能力为成本优化项； 4、熟悉服务器硬件备件计划、备件运营，擅长使用AI提效； 5、具备良好的自驱力与学习能力，优秀的沟通能力、组织协调与项目推动能力；英语可作为工作语言者优先，具备项目管理经验优先。
