团队介绍：小荷健康是字节跳动旗下的医疗健康品牌，我们致力于利用大模型技术，探索医疗健康服务的新范式，孵化了“小荷AI医生”app，为用户提供专业的健康咨询服务。小荷健康拥有专业的医学和互联网产研团队，认真探索AI医疗。

1、在抖音、今日头条、小荷健康等App内，负责全端医疗AI医疗卡体验优化和医疗大模型首轮对话，带动垂类业务增长和用户体验； 2、改进基于深度学习、端到端生成式的搜索系统，覆盖从候选挖掘到召回、粗精排、多目标融合全链路技术环节，迭代优化端到端生成式搜索，探索Agent在医疗搜索的应用； 3、探索通用搜推技术的上限，并结合LLM、Harness落地在搜推及chat化场景； 4、通过SFT、DPO、RM优化、RL训练提升各场景模型回答质量，探索如何利用海量的用户反馈信号及体验构建端到端医疗生成大模型，优化个性化回答能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握C++或Python； 3、熟悉机器学习算法，有一定的算法应用经验和出色的技术判断能力； 4、出色的数据和问题分析能力，对新问题能够独立探索解决方案； 5、良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。

加分项 1、有LLM/Agent/搜索/推荐/广告等领域算法工作经验； 2、以第一作者在ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ACL等顶级学术会议发表过高影响力研究成果者优先； 3、在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Kaggle等编程或AI竞赛中获奖者优先。
