1、支持豆包内容种草相关工作，协助对接达人建立合作关系、完成内容审核与产品转化相关动作，最终助力产品增长； 2、跟踪内容生态玩法动态，挖掘热点线索和潜力达人； 3、协助完成运营团队其他日常工作，如项目管理、日常数据追踪等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，不限专业； 2、每周可工作5天，实习3个月及以上优先； 3、对流行文化敏感，有文案、内容创作意识； 4、有较强的沟通协调能力，工作细致耐心，责任心强，具有团队合作精神。
