日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动AI创新业务团队，在这里你将有机会参与到行业前沿产品的规划设计，开拓自己的行业视野，与先进团队共同成长。

1、负责猫箱APP站内运营活动、内容专题、用户增长等相关视觉设计，包括活动页、Banner、资源位、社媒传播物料等； 2、结合猫箱AI互动娱乐产品特性，参与二次元、乙女向、角色扮演等内容场景的视觉风格探索，输出符合产品调性和用户偏好的视觉方案； 3、协助产品功能中的基础体验设计工作，包括页面布局、图标组件、简单交互原型、验收走查等，支持产品方案高质量落地； 4、与产品经理、运营、研发团队协作，参与实际项目流程，推动设计方案从创意到上线。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业优先； 2、具备良好审美及实操能力，熟练掌握Figma、Photoshop等常用设计工具、擅长插画/排版/UI，会动效更佳； 3、对娱乐产品、内容社区、AI产品有兴趣，乐于体验与思考新产品； 4、具备主动学习、沟通协作能力，适应项目协作环境； 5、有视觉/运营/产品体验相关实习经验者优先。
