日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI研发工作流建设，基于SPEC（规范驱动）+Knowledge（知识库）+Skills/MCP（工具链）三位一体架构，推动AI从“辅助编码”向“研发协作者”演进，提升团队AI Coding贡献率与研效成熟度； 2、参与研发知识库的建设与维护，将团队隐性的架构设计、构建链路、错误修复范式、日志字段语义等经验结构化、显性化，形成AI可学习、可复用的长期记忆； 3、参与研发工具链的Skill/MCP化改造，将代码审查、问题归因、构建排查、自动化测试等高频研发活动封装为AI可调用的标准化技能，打通研发生命周期关键节点； 4、参与智能化基建平台的建设与优化，包括基于代码变更的智能测试用例推荐、问题自动归因与修复验证、线上资源监测等能力的平台化落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业； 2、学科基础扎实，熟悉Python/TypeScript/Go中至少一门语言，熟练使用Git，熟悉Linux指令及Shell编程； 3、了解MCP（Model Context Protocol）协议或Function Calling机制，有工具/Skill/插件开发经验者优先； 4、有全栈开发经验，或熟悉CI/CD流水线、自动化测试框架者优先； 5、对AI研发范式有强烈兴趣，关注AI Coding、Vibe coding、SDD（规范驱动开发）等前沿实践，具备良好的技术视野； 6、学习能力强，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的服务意识，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力。
