1、活动分析与策略制定：围绕营销活动目标，拆解商家供给、内容运营、用户转化等核心指标；参与前期洞察、策略制定、活动执行与效果复盘全链路，识别问题并输出分析结论； 2、数据建设与跨部门协同：结合业务场景搭建分析看板及数据监测机制；协同运营、产品、研发等团队，跟进执行效果并基于数据反馈为策略优化提供支持； 3、AI工具探索与业务赋能：主动探索AI工具在营销运营场景中的应用（包括但不限于数据整理、信息提炼、内容生成、方案设计与流程提效），推动业务创新实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、运筹学、数据科学、计算机等数理或相关专业优先； 2、逻辑严密，具备数据敏锐度；熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL、Python、SPSS、BI等任意一种数据分析工具优先，能够独立完成数据拆解、问题诊断与报告输出； 3、对AI工具持开放心态，愿意主动将新工具应用到实际工作中，推动效率提升或创新尝试； 4、对抖音生活服务生态与营销玩法有浓厚兴趣；具备责任心与项目推动力，能够高效推进各项工作落地； 5、有互联网经营分析、商业分析、营销运营等相关实习经验者或AI应用类项目竞赛及项目经历者优先。
