1、参与字节跳动数字QA智能体、智能工具开发工作，需应用的AI4SE领域的AI技术，与传统效能技术相结合，构建AI主导的AI4SE效能工具，为AI主导的新软件交付模式提供AI技术支撑； 2、调研业界最新的LLM、Agent相关技术，致力于构建AI时代的软件交付测试新模式； 3、快速学习最新前沿AI技术，在工作中进行快速验证，探索构建高效的效能工具智能体服务。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、具备快速学习能力，对探索与应用新技术有热情，有热情参与到AI产品的测试技术的创新与探索； 3、具备一定的工程编码能力，对LLM/Agent有一定了解。
