1、负责抖音社交通讯相关产品的用户体验设计工作，支持抖音社交产品功能演化； 2、有全局视野，具备跨职能协作能力，深度参与全链路产品体验构建，提供完善的设计解决方案； 3、对行业和用户有深度理解，善于分析场景、数据，关注体验对产品带来的影响； 4、主动发起体验优化、创新方向探索，关注大模型、多模态AIGC应用趋势，理解大模型能力边界，对AI+体验设计有独立思考，持续提升设计效率、产品创新力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，良好的学科教育背景； 2、有相关项目研究和实践经历，有可展示证明自己的案例和作品；热爱设计，对行业、产品、设计的发展趋势有关注，有寻求改变和创新的热情； 3、重视细节，对美有高标准的追求，扎实的专业能力； 4、在实际项目中使用过AI参与设计或产品流程，能够清晰说明其在体验定义、创意探索或方案生成中的作用。
