1、参与AI-Native财务合规产品能力建设，围绕风险识别、异常确认、整改推进、复测验收、证据沉淀等场景，完成需求拆解、方案设计和落地推进； 2、参与设计AI/Agent在财务合规链路中的应用方式，明确输入、输出、人审边界、产品流程、验收标准和效果指标； 3、使用AI Coding、低代码、SQL、数据分析等工具，快速搭建产品原型、自动化脚本、风险看板或Agent Workflow，推动想法转化为可运行结果； 4、和技术、合规专家、业务线协作，梳理真实业务问题，将合规判断转化为产品能力、规则逻辑、证据模板和系统流程； 5、参与AI能力效果验证，包括样本整理、负面案例分析、用户反馈收集、产品迭代和能力复用沉淀。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础技术理解力，能看懂数据表、接口、SQL、简单代码逻辑，能够和研发同学高效沟通； 3、具备AI Coding落地能力，能使用Cursor/Claude Code/Copilot/ChatGPT等工具完成原型、脚本、数据处理或简单工具开发； 4、具备较好的产品思维和问题拆解能力，能把复杂场景拆成清晰流程、功能模块、输入输出和验收标准； 5、对AI产品、Agent应用、B端系统、数据产品、风控治理、企业系统有兴趣，愿意进入真实复杂场景做落地； 6、自驱力强，执行力好，能够主动推进问题闭环，持续沉淀方法、模板和可复用能力，有AI产品、数据产品、风控产品、企业治理平台、自动化工具、Agent Workflow设计经验者优先。
