1、参与豆包PC客户端AI Agent相关产品和平台能力的设计与开发，围绕桌面端和Web端，打造自然、可靠、高效的人机协同体验； 2、负责基于TypeScript、React、Chromium等技术的客户端功能开发，打通交互界面、客户端系统能力、Agent运行时与模型服务； 3、参与团队Agent核心能力建设，包括上下文管理、任务编排、工具调用、结构化输出、流式交互、权限控制及异常恢复等； 4、根据业务需要参与Node.js服务、数据存储、模型接口及工具服务开发，推动新功能从原型验证到产品上线的完整闭环； 5、深度运用AI研发的全新模式，并沉淀可复用的Agent组件、评测体系和工程最佳实践。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉浏览器或桌面客户端基本原理；熟悉Vite、Webpack、pnpm等现代工程化工具，具备良好的代码质量、测试、性能和安全意识； 3、有自己独立完成的AI项目实践，能够调用模型能力解决真实问题，而不局限于Demo开发； 4、对AI技术保持好奇，善于使用AI编程工具提升研发效率，具备较强的学习能力、责任心和协作意识。
