1、支持销售团队面向客户介绍专业服务体系，收集、分析大客户复杂场景下的需求，推动商机进度和需求落地； 2、作为售后阶段的主要负责人对接客户，深入了解客户业务场景和目标，通过技术支持、最佳实践专递等方式帮助客户用好火山引擎产品； 3、深入了解客户使用产品过程中的问题、需求、体验相关问题，并推动内部团队协作解决，共同提升产品力和服务竞争力； 4、基于公司的产品技术和服务体系，帮助客户制定IT架构规划并梳理业务流程，包括业务架构、产品应用最佳实践、应急响应预案、重点保护支持等； 5、作为AI应用方向的专家，帮助大客户在业务场景中落地AI使用，并协助客户共同做好AI落地效果的长期运营管理； 6、了解客户业务发展方向和基于客户的长期规划，引导产品落地，在售后阶段持续做深做大客户与火山引擎的合作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、大数据相关专业； 2、对云和AI智能领域有热情，希望在该领域持续深耕细作； 3、为人正直、性格开朗，善于与人沟通，有强烈意愿通过专业知识帮助客户成功；善于学习，具备良好的学习能力与持续学习意愿；结果导向，具备良好执行力、优秀的团队合作精神和协作能力，能独立完成职责内工作； 4、在校期间有活动组织经验或有云计算、大模型相关领域技术相关方向实习经验优先。
