团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、评测调研：跟踪AI for Science前沿进展和业界科学类评测，协助梳理重点学科的关键能力和典型任务，为评测方案提供调研支持； 2、评测集建设与分析：通过不同渠道和方法，参与构建真实科研任务评测集，搭建贴近真实科研场景的评测环境，比如部署领域专业软件和工具链等，并能够分析模型表现，协助定位模型能力短板； 3、FDE科学家协作：协助对接一线科学家，通过访谈等方式，把真实科研工作流转化成高质量评测任务。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，生命科学、药学或相关交叉学科背景； 2、大模型评测、数据或Benchmark建设经验，或用过大模型做科研辅助，或参与过评测、或是science方向核心评测集的贡献者（如TBscience/HLE）； 3、对模型技术热点有关注，具有实际的LLM/Agent产品的使用经验，并能提出自己的思考； 4、Agent相关开发经验，熟悉Agent、Harness等概念； 5、主动性强，对质量有高标准，沟通协调能力好，能独立负责一个方向并推动多方合作； 6、可实习三个月以上，每周实习5天。

加分项 1、参与过数据集、Benchmark建设或大模型评测相关项目； 2、熟悉本领域专业软件环境等。
