1、参与全球广告客户端产品的设计、开发与持续迭代，为全球用户打造流畅、稳定且高质量的产品体验； 2、参与客户端基础组件和架构设计，建设可复用、可扩展的技术能力，支撑业务快速发展； 3、参与APP性能优化、体验提升及质量监控评估体系建设，持续改善稳定性与研发质量； 4、参与Hybrid容器、插件化、动态化等客户端技术的调研、设计与落地； 5、参与搭建AI研发工作流，探索AI在需求分析、代码生成、自动测试、问题诊断和研发提效等场景中的应用； 6、与产品、设计、算法及服务端团队紧密协作，将技术创新转化为真实的用户价值和业务增长。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2、热爱计算机科学与互联网技术，对移动端产品和客户端研发有浓厚兴趣，具备扎实的数据结构、算法及计算机基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Java、Kotlin、Objective-C、Swift、C或C++； 3、关注产品与用户体验，愿意主动思考并通过技术推动体验改进； 4、对AI及新技术保持热情，愿意探索AI研发方式并快速学习实践； 5、具备良好的分析、解决问题和团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、有Android、iOS、跨端或Hybrid项目经验； 2、有AI编程工具、智能体或自动化研发工作流的实践经验； 3、对客户端架构、性能优化、工程效率或动态化技术有深入探索； 4、有开源项目、技术竞赛或高质量个人项目经历。
