1、与销售团队和客户紧密沟通，深入挖掘复杂业务场景，识别并制定出融合AI能力的项目型解决方案； 2、有效地向客户传达AI解决方案和产品底层价值，以技术与业务的双重视角帮助销售团队实现快速关单； 3、能够基于客户需求进行产品配置与技术方案设计，结合AI及研发经验（如Prompt调优、API调用等），熟练向客户进行高质量的Demo及POC验证； 4、内部赋能，基于对AI行业趋势及技术架构的深入理解，通过材料或分享的形式持续输出，提升团队整体的AI打单与技术对客能力； 5、明确定义产品与服务边界，清晰界定项目范围与交付标准，把控并规避项目型售前的交付风险； 6、与产品研发、客户成功团队紧密配合，有效传递一线AI场景需求与技术可行性反馈，形成前后端信息互通机制。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能或相关理工科专业优先； 2、具备丰富的企业SaaS应用或“项目型售前”工作经验，且拥有实际的代码研发或技术架构基础； 3、具备较强的AI动手落地能力，深入理解大语言模型（LLM）并在实际中有应用经验（如Agent搭建、工作流编排等）； 4、具备优秀的书面、语言沟通及演讲技巧，能将复杂的技术/AI概念转化为客户易懂的商业价值； 5、具备出色的复杂项目拆解与解决问题能力，适应力强，能在不确定性较高的创新AI场景中推进项目； 6、有企业产品选型招投标经验，或主导过AI相关创新项目落地者优先。

加分项 1、理解研发管理或项目管理流程，对AI产品具备一定认知，了解大模型/Agent在企业场景中的应用，具备AI Coding经验者优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言者优先； 3、具备强烈的自驱力与团队协作精神。
