团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、业务解决方案支持：服务抖音、电商、商业化、剪映等业务，进行需求分析、模型选型、效果评估、技术支持，协助给出面向业务的火山方舟的解决方案，帮助业务的重点AI项目落地； 2、场景判断与价值识别：深入理解业务场景和模型与技术（如Seedance），判断高价值场景，拆解业务目标、使用链路、成本收益与落地可行性，为中长期模型应用提供输入； 3、资源交付与稳定性保障：负责算力/资源需求/测算/配额交付，支持模型部署/测试上线；跟进线上容量/性能/限流，推动监控、预案、SOP和业务的可复用稳定性方案建设； 4、推动平台与模型迭代：联动产品、算法、工程、SRE、资源、数据等团队，共性需求转化为产品能力和解决方案，推动火山方舟平台、模型能力、资源机制持续优化； 5、经营与结果闭环：关注预算、成本、单价、资源利用率等指标，支持业务做成本测算、成本优化等。

1、计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、有技术理解，理解大模型推理、训练/微调、Agent、模型评测、部署、监控等概念，能与研发、算法有效对话； 3、3年以上解决方案、AI领域研发、技术项目管理工作经验； 4、关注大模型技术与行业动态，了解大模型领域最新行业动态、应用方向对业务场景的落地路径和可行性有独立判断。
