1、负责指令的接收研判、治理策略制定，解读并跟进指令规则落地执行，推动迭代策略结构化体系； 2、协同公共事务内容安全、治理产品运营、行业舆情等部门，从风险感知透明传输、干线运输预处罚和问题分析角度，搭建高效敏捷协作机制，保障风险快速落实； 3、跟踪指令落实的效果，监测业务场景的实施效果，根据行业产品情况、端内舆论热度等动态调整策略，提升规则多维度的适配性，制定并建设标准化的指令调控策略规则； 4、对指令安全指标负责，通过事中预警、策略工具箱维护等机制，降低找回风险的量级与频次，定期进行效果评估和指标复盘。

1、本科及以上学历，理解安全风控底层逻辑，有互联网平台内容治理、标准运营、安全风控等工作经验优先，具备项目运营能力，能配合理解风险信息、分析研判、并推动标准、流程持续优化； 2、具备良好的结构化思维能力，善于运用数据分析发现和挖掘问题，思考逻辑强，能高效敏捷的做风险归纳总结； 3、具备强目标导向与数据思维、理解沟通能力强，逻辑清晰、善于跨团队沟通协调，具备扎实的内容安全研判能力，能界定各类违规内容的判定标准； 4、具备较强的文字撰写与体系化梳理能力，能独立输出规范、严谨、可落地的标准文档、SOP流程、报告材料等。
