日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、作为TikTok全栈开发实习生，你将在导师指导下参与业务链路的开发工作，逐步接触前端、客户端、服务端等多个技术领域，我们鼓励你大胆运用AI Coding工具提升开发效率，并在实践中探索AI技术与全栈开发结合的最优路径； 2、在导师带领下参与TikTok业务开发，逐步了解前端、客户端、服务端等多端协作流程，参与功能开发与落地； 3、深度运用AI Coding工具开展日常开发，主动尝试AI工具在多端开发场景中的应用，提升代码开发效率与质量； 4、参与业务从需求分析、技术方案设计、编码实现到测试上线的部分或全流程环节，理解业务闭环交付； 5、关注AI编码与全栈开发前沿技术，结合业务场景积极思考并提出想法，参与团队技术方案讨论、代码评审等协作，学习“按业务分工、全栈协同”的开发模式。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、每周可实习4天及以上、持续3个月以上者优先，扎实的计算机基础知识，包括数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统等； 3、在前端（JavaScript/TypeScript/Vue/React等）、客户端（Flutter/iOS/Android任一）、服务端（Golang/Python/Java任一）中，至少熟悉一个领域并有相关项目/课程/实践经历，对全栈或多端开发有兴趣者优先； 4、对AI Coding工具（如TRAE、Cursor、Claude Code等）有强烈的使用兴趣，乐于主动探索AI辅助开发的应用场景； 5、认可全栈工程师定位，具备较强的学习能力和快速上手新技术的适应力，愿意在业务驱动下跨端成长，有良好的编程习惯，了解Git基本工作流和基础开发原则，热爱技术、主动负责、乐于直面挑战，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

加分项： 1、有AI工具使用经验，如利用AI辅助完成课程项目、个人项目开发或自动化代码生成等； 2、有开源项目贡献、个人技术博客产出，或参与过较完整的项目开发。
