日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：AI Platform团队负责 AI 应用开发工具平台的产品研发及相关能力建设。具体包括为字节跳动内外的 LLM 应用开发者提供开发框架、DevOps、可观测、LLMOps 等效率工具，以满足其生产活动需求；支持开发者进行数据处理、Prompt 工程、模型训练评测及推理部署等端到端的模型迭代流程，不断提升 AI 应用的效果。团队整体致力于构建 LLM 应用开发者生态，并推动产品的商业化建设。

1、负责LLM驱动的AI Agent框架的研究和实现，确保技术的创新与前瞻性； 2、根据应用场景的需求，优化并提升AI Agent的算法性能和用户体验； 3、持续追踪AI Agent领域的最新技术趋势和研究成果，将前沿技术整合进我们的项目与解决方案中。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、精通Go、Python、C++等一种或多种编程语言，具备扎实的编程技能和算法设计能力； 3、对AI Agent技术有深入了解，熟悉AutoGPT、LangChain等现代AI框架； 4、具备出色的团队协作精神和良好的英文阅读及沟通能力； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习3个月以上。

加分项： 1、在LLM工程领域有落地经验； 2、有Agent、RAG、Tool方向的研究或者工作经验； 3、开发过AI应用。
