1、建设Agent和AI应用等评测体系，覆盖模型效果、业务正确性、稳定性、安全性、性能、成本及用户体验，推动评测标准化、自动化和持续化； 2、推进AI原生研发测试范式落地，建设需求理解、用例生成、代码检查、自动化测试、缺陷定位和回归验证等智能化能力； 3、负责E2E测试能力建设，提升生成用例采纳率、执行成功率、结果稳定性和问题发现效率，形成“生成—执行—诊断—修复—重跑”闭环； 4、沉淀AI质效建设方法论、最佳实践和标准规范，提升团队整体AI工程化和质量保障能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先，5年以上质量工程、测试开发、研发效能或AI应用工程相关经验； 2、熟悉大模型、Agent、RAG、工具调用及模型评测的基本原理和应用方式； 3、熟悉客户端、服务端或Web E2E自动化测试体系，具备测试平台或工程化能力建设经验； 4、具备较强的业务理解力、数据分析和问题抽象能力，能够将业务质量目标转化为技术方案、度量目标； 5、具备AI测试、模型评测、智能体评测、研发效能平台或大型自动化测试体系建设经验者优先。
