1、负责抖音电商售后判责大模型产品线的整体战略规划与产品路线图制定，统筹判责定义、特征体系构建、模型/策略优化以及判责业务场景应用落地的全链路，明确阶段性目标与资源投入优先级； 2、主导售后判责模型评测体系的从0到1建设，统筹评测标准制定、评测Agent建设、评测数据集建设与评测结果输出机制的整体设计，建立评测指标与业务效果的联动闭环，驱动模型持续迭代优化； 3、深入理解平台电商售后业务场景，建立"评测-优化-业务验证"的完整机制，确保判责能力对消费者体验、商家体验及平台治理产生可量化的业务价值，并对判责准确率、体验等核心指标整体负责； 4、能够规划产品方向，统筹与运营、研发、算法等多团队的目标对齐与协同机制，保障重大项目高效、高质量交付，推动整体目标达成； 5、负责判责产品团队的组织建设与日常管理，打造高执行力、结果导向的团队文化。

1、5年以上产品经验，有服务体验或电商售后相关产品经验优先，规划设计过完整产品体系并有规模化落地成果；熟悉大模型能力边界，深刻理解大模型评测机制与方法论； 2、具有敏锐的需求洞察和较强的抽象归纳能力，能够从复杂业务逻辑中提炼问题本质，形成体系化解决方案并推动落地； 3、具备较好的数据分析能力，善于用数据驱动决策与效果评估； 4、具备团队管理经验，能够通过目标管理、人才发展驱动团队持续产出； 5、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协作能力，能够在多业务、多角色的复杂环境中建立共识、推动项目顺利推进，结果导向； 6、具备快速学习能力、强执行力与较强的自驱力和责任心，能适应快速变化的业务环境。
