1、深度参与UGC内容生态策略规划与制定，挖掘并定义具备消费及搜索价值的投稿内容方向，联动标注、算法团队协同完成模型迭代与效果调优； 2、基于大模型能力识别优质与低质UGC创作范式，通过Prompt工程调优、RAG知识库构建、内容特征体系优化等方式，持续提升内容识别任务的准确率与召回率； 3、参与全球化创作者成长体系整体方案设计，持续挖掘UGC投稿体量及内容价值的增量机会与增长路径； 4、负责投稿激励策略、创作工具、拍摄特效等功能的版本迭代、效果复盘及日常运营落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、理工科相关专业优先，具备优秀的数据敏感度与用户同理心，逻辑思维缜密，可通过数据分析、内容样本洞察，抽象提炼用户真实需求及平台现存问题； 3、自驱力强、好奇心足、具备创新思考能力；熟练使用各类AI工具提升工作效率，有内容分类识别、话题策划生成相关经验优先； 4、具备良好跨部门沟通协调能力，能够独立推动跨团队需求对齐、规则标准落地与项目推进。
