日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、使用AI工具进行AI真人短剧、AI漫剧的剧本创作及网文小说的短剧改编； 2、搜集整理国内外优质短剧、AI短剧案例，为团队提供专业参考； 3、负责国际化AI短剧的选题、剧本创作，并结合用户反馈和数据持续优化内容，对内容产能、质量及爆款率负责； 4、分析国际化短剧、网文及影视内容趋势，挖掘女性向、大女主题材及潜力爆款方向； 5、协同制作、外部团队推进内容生产、质检和迭代，持续提升生产效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，编剧、影视传媒专业优先； 2、具备故事创作能力，有短剧、网文、剧本、互动影视、乙游等经验者优先；熟悉国际化短剧、美剧及国际化网文，擅长女性向、大女主题材者优先； 3、数据分析能力强，能够根据数据及用户反馈快速优化迭代内容； 4、对AIGC相关技术有深度理解； 5、英语能力良好，对欧美热点、文化及内容趋势敏感。
