1、作为标注项目的POC，端到端主导项目执行，对绩效目标与SLA达成负最终责任，驱动项目从立项到交付的全流程； 2、作为关键内部需求方的第一对接人，主动经营干系人关系——把产品、业务需求翻译成清晰的标注要求，向上、向外清晰传递项目价值、进展与风险，争取目标共识、资源与信任，在跨团队场景中代表项目发声、推动决策； 3、从项目的日常运营中识别值得被AI、自动化改造的痛点与低效环节，定义问题、设计方案，运用团队提供的AI工具与Agent能力把它真正落到自己项目里，替代、增强人工操作、量化提效收益，并把好用的做法沉淀、反哺工具迭代与团队复用； 4、建立跨QA、供应商、业务的运营节奏、执行审核与升级机制，管好考试与质检，监控质量指标、定位下滑根因并推动改进； 5、监控数据看板、识别异常，做数据与根因分析（RCA）保障质量与效率，把项目数据整合为面向管理层与跨部门的洞察与建议； 6、制定交付计划、支持人力规划，主动识别交付风险并制定缓解方案，识别流程差距、设计并落地工作流优化，引领运营变革与过渡。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、中英文流利（项目涉及中文内容，英文为工作语言），能在环境中与区域/全球团队协作；有一定的AI数据运营工作经验，包含AI数据标注、大规模数据运营、内容质量管控或项目/项目群管理经验； 3、有向需求方与跨职能团队清晰传递价值、争取共识并推动执行的过往业绩； 4、拥抱AI，且有「发现问题—用AI解决」的主动性：不限于被动使用工具，能敏锐从业务场景中发现机会点，主动定义问题并借助AI工具/Agent设计、落地解决方案，快速上手新工具并转化为业务收益； 5、能独立学习并同时负责多个项目/工作流，具备任务优先级排序与时间管理能力。

加分项 1、熟悉模型/大语言模型（LLM）的训练与评估；有使用或实施机器标注、人机混合标注工作流的经验； 2、有AI Agent/自动化工具落地的实际经验（能说明业务问题、方案与量化收益）； 3、内容安全（信任与安全）、内容审核或分类标注相关经验； 4、拥有项目管理专业认证（PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma等）。
