1、负责TikTok创作方向的产品设计，覆盖拍摄、相册、编辑、跟拍等核心场景，尤其结合AI能力，激发用户创作意图、探索行业领先的工具体验设计； 2、和产品深度协作，基于对业务和用户的理解洞察，应用数据分析、产品分析等手段主动提出产品优化和设计想法，推动落地验证； 3、对上线设计体验负责，保证体验细腻度，视觉美观、交互易用； 4、使用AI工具将设计想法快速转变为可交互Demo，帮助团队加速验证； 5、和研发、横向设计团队高效协作，善于总结分享，不断优化工作流，为团队提效。

1、具备较好的产品思维和数据理解能力，能在复杂业务和用户场景中发现问题、定义问题，提出有判断力的方案并推动落地； 2、熟练使用AI Coding工具，有丰富的AI实践经验，能独立将产品与设计想法做成高保真、可交互的真实Demo，验证体验与可行性；有好的设计判断，在大量AI生成结果中做取舍与提升； 3、富有创意，思维创新不设限；遇到问题会尝试各种方式、找到解决方案； 4、具备较高的审美，关注体验细节，对工具产品设计保持敏感，喜欢拍摄、发布短视频； 5、具备良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，乐观积极，能在快速变化的环境中保持高效； 6、有较强的自驱力和学习能力，注重沉淀、总结与复盘，将经验持续转化为方法与认知。
