1、参与TikTok、Lemon8等国际化内容社区产品研发，在导师指导下以AI Coding为核心工作方式，完成前端、客户端、服务端等方向的开发； 2、参与需求讨论、方案设计、编码实现、测试验证与上线迭代，建立完整的端到端工程交付意识； 3、岗位亮点： 1）面向全球用户的真实业务场景，你的代码和产品判断有机会影响海量用户； 2）以AI原生方式工作，强调端到端交付和下一代软件工程范式，而非单一技术栈的执行； 3）业务节奏快、技术挑战丰富，团队重视工程质量、技术成长和跨角色协作； 4）把AI工具用于日常开发——实践代码理解、生成、问题定位、测试补全和重构建议，并学会审查、验证和修正AI的输出； 5）学习跨栈与跨职能协作，理解页面、端侧、服务端接口、数据与发布验证之间的链路关系； 6）在真实业务项目中快速成长，逐步具备独立负责模块设计与开发的能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、扎实的基础功：熟悉数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络、数据库等基础，至少熟练一种主流编程语言，能编写清晰、可维护的代码； 3、真实的AI使用经历与验证意识：在个人项目、课程、实习或开源中真正用过AI工具，能说明如何验证和修正AI的输出，而不只停留在工具名或概念层面； 4、快速学习与跨栈潜力：能在不熟悉的语言或环境里借助AI快速上手，至少一个方向有可展示的实践；产品好奇心与自驱力：对真实业务问题和用户体验有好奇心，能主动发现、拆解并推动解决问题；逻辑思维、沟通能力和团队合作意识良好； 5、加分项：有实习经历，参与过完整的业务项目或工程项目；有前端、客户端、服务端、多端协同或全栈项目经验；能展示用AI辅助完成的代码、测试、重构或问题定位成果（熟悉Cursor、TRAE、Copilot、Claude Code、Codex等工具）；有ACM/ICPC、蓝桥杯、CCPC、LeetCode、Kaggle等竞赛经历或优秀成绩；有开源贡献、技术博客、App、小程序、网站或工具类作品。
