1、负责数据版权内容相关的大模型算法研发工作，相关研发技术在公司等业务场景中应用； 2、设计和研发业界领先的高性能大模型算法引擎，提供满足多模态大模型内容理解，Agentic AI Agent应用等场景的原子能力； 3、负责算法落地性能评估和分析，制定技术规划和性能标准，持续提升关键技术竞争力； 4、深度参与到跟场景适配的Agentic AI Agent Workflow设计研发，并且持续做自我进化学习迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、扎实的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握C/C++或Python，具备良好的编码习惯、工程实现能力和算法优化意识；掌握人工智能相关核心算法方向，对算法原理、模型训练、效果优化有深刻理解和实际应用经验，包括但不限于以下方向之一： 1）大模型后训练与对齐技术：理解大模型后训练流程及数据构建清洗、数据配比、训练稳定性、loss分析、评测体系等关键环节；熟悉SFT、DPO、PPO、GRPO等等后训练方法，理解奖励建模、偏好数据构建、自蒸馏学习、安全性与可控性优化等核心问题； 2）Agent训练与应用：理解Agent架构设计、任务规划、工具调用、记忆机制、多轮决策与环境交互等方向，了解如何通过强化学习、反馈学习或轨迹优化提升Agent的任务完成能力； 3、在机器学习、NLP、CV、大模型、强化学习、Agent、多模态等领域顶级会议或期刊发表过高质量论文者优先，如NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL、EMNLP、CVPR、ICCV、KDD、WWW等；有高质量开源项目、算法竞赛成绩或大模型相关实践经验者优先； 4、有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，出色的问题分析、抽象建模和解决能力，能够主动跟踪大模型、强化学习、Agent等前沿技术进展，并结合实际场景进行探索与落地；具备良好的算法团队意识和协作能力，能够与工程、产品、数据等角色高效配合，紧跟技术发展趋势，参与设计和规划算法方向的中长期发展思路、目标与演进路线。
