日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入了解并保持对前沿AI技术（如LLM、RAG、Agent、AI Infra）的持续关注与应用探索； 2、深入理解TikTok Live业务模型、架构体系及技术痛点，推动AI驱动的创新与优化； 3、负责设计、开发和演进基于AI的业务架构方案，包括服务治理、合规流程提效、开发提效等场景落地； 4、与直播各团队紧密协作，共同完成业务目标与技术突破； 5、主导关键技术问题攻坚，持续提升系统稳定性、可扩展性与研发效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件、电子信息等相关专业； 2、有复杂系统设计、架构搭建经验，对LLM/Agent/Sandbox/AI Infra技术方向具有明确兴趣或经验； 3、精通以下一种或多种编程语言：Golang/Python/Java/Rust/C++； 4、熟悉常见技术组件与基础设施，如：Redis、Kafka、RDS、RPC框架等； 5、具备优秀的分析与问题解决能力，能够参与项目的技术方案落地。
