日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责与短剧制作供应商的日常沟通和协作，跟进项目进度、交付质量及修改意见的落实情况，审核供应商提交的人物设定、角色形象、服装造型及场景设计，判断其是否符合欧美市场的审美和文化习惯； 2、对短剧成片进行质量验收，检查画面、剪辑、配音、表演、字幕及整体叙事效果，结合英语及西班牙语台词，判断演员或配音的发音、语音语调、节奏、情绪表达及上下文衔接是否自然准确； 3、发现成片中的内容和制作问题，整理并输出清晰、具体、可执行的后期修改意见； 4、跟进供应商的修改进度及返片质量，确保修改结果达到交付标准； 5、协助沉淀短剧内容审核标准、常见问题案例及供应商协作流程； 6、关注欧美短剧、流媒体平台及AIGC内容的发展趋势，为内容创作和制作优化提供参考。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视、传媒、语言、国际文化等相关专业优先； 2、具备AIGC内容制作及影视制作相关经验，了解从创意、制作到后期交付的基本流程，能够判断AI生成内容的质量及常见问题，熟悉主流AIGC图像、视频或音频制作工具，对相关技术及其在影视内容中的应用有一定了解； 3、熟悉欧美短剧、流媒体内容及TikTok等国际化内容平台，了解欧美市场的内容趋势、文化习惯和用户偏好； 4、具备良好的英语和西班牙语听说能力，能够听懂短剧台词并准确理解具体语境，对语言和表演具有较高敏感度，能够判断台词的发音、语音语调、节奏及情绪表达是否自然； 5、具备良好的审美能力，能够对人物形象、服装造型、场景设计及画面呈现作出准确判断； 6、逻辑清晰、做事有条理，能够准确归纳问题并输出明确、可执行的修改意见，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力。

加分项： 1、英语或西班牙语口语流利，或具有国际化学习、工作及生活经历优先； 2、有短剧、网络文学或其他内容平台相关工作或实习经验优先； 3、有编剧、导演、剪辑、配音、表演或供应商管理经验优先。
