日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与大模型应用产品的设计与功能开发，从用户视角定义体验标准并推动落地； 2、与算法、工程、设计等团队紧密协作，全流程参与模型训练、功能上线和实验迭代； 3、基于模型评测、用户调研和数据反馈，提出改进方案并推动产品迭代； 4、持续关注行业趋势与前沿研究，为产品创新提供新的思考与启发。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、产品设计、用户研究等相关专业优先； 2、有搜索、推荐、NLP或AI项目经验更佳； 3、具备良好的英文沟通与写作能力，能够阅读并输出英文材料； 4、耐心细致，对AI充满热情，学习能力强，逻辑清晰，具备自驱力和团队协作精神； 5、每周可实习4天。
